The Port Vila Kiwanis Club was founded over 25 years ago. Based in the sub-tropical island state of the Republic of Vanuatu, Port Vila Kiwanians need to be resourceful, independent and creative to meet the challenges and respond to the needs of sections of the community characterised by low income, low technology, and little government support.
